Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002)

Set ten years after the events of "The Phantom Menace," a now grown-up Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) meets the ex-Queen Amidala for the first time since the Trade Federation invasion of Naboo.

Someone is trying to kill Amidala, who is now a senator for Naboo. Anakin, now a Jedi knight, is assigned to guard the ex-Queen, and they go off to Naboo together where they fall in love. Apparently, love and marriage are taboo among Jedi knights, which might explain why there are so few of them, since they aren't allowed to reproduce.

Meanwhile, Anakin's Jedi partner Obi Wan is on the track of a clone army being built by the sinister renegade Jedi Count Dooku (Christopher Lee).

Anakin and Amidala try to rescue Obi Wan, but they are all captured and force to fight Dooku's army of mutant toads in an arena. Yoda comes to the rescue with his fellow Jedis, but not before half of Amidala's shirt is ripped off (fortunately, it's the bottom half or this would be an R-rated film).

Yoda battles Dooku in a dazzling display of swordsmanship, but ultimately, Dooku escapes, presumably to return in Episode III, due out in 2005.

Directed by George Lucas.
